No, I tried by myself, opening the db with Ret key, or trying with View | Go to command, on the user's PC.
In the db properties, in the Launch tab (5th from left), I set "Open designated navigator". The navigator has - as default view - a view with all documents of a certain form. No event, no action.
Other users, with the same access, can open the db correctly.
